How do I update my billing information?

If the credit card on file with us gets declined when your account renews or you would like to have a different card on file with us, you may need to update your billing information.

When logged in to App.net click the drop-down arrow next to your profile image in the upper right corner.

Then go to Settings


->
Payment Details.  

Click
Edit Payment Details then enter in the card information.  
Click Update Card to save.
